Situated on the corner of Kerikeri Road and Fairway Drive, opposite the National Bank. REAL is unique as it is the only Real Estate Agency in town operating under a Co-op system.

Commision earned is divided between all the agents - no internal conflicts or pressure.

If an agent dealing with vendors/clients is away on holiday, other agents step in to take over and continue the business.

The agents happily share information and knowledge with each other.

The Vendor gets all agents keen to sell their home, not just one agent.

Purchaser’s get to see ALL the houses that fits their criteria, not just the ones that are listed by that agent!!
