About Steven de Ruiter

As Co-owner and REAL Agent and Licensee, Steve makes his mark by regularly challenging the team to deliver the best Real Estate experience. With the likes of Tony Robbins in his ear and inspirational industry professionals on his speed dial; Steve is constantly seeking advancement. He in turn is generous to our community and inspires our business and personal goals too.

Self employed since he was 17, Steve has worked hard to develop a broad commercial knowledge and has been incredibly successful in building and operating businesses. A promotional marketer, restaurateur, café proprietor, baker and property investor are some of his past trades.

Needless to say, Steve has found Real Estate to be the most fulfilling business to date. His passion is not the homes he sells, but the people he meets, the friends he makes and the relationships he builds along the way.

His two grown up children and his grandchildren are his passion outside work. His boat, fishing rods, dive gear and love of the ocean all come a very close second place.

With many repeat clients backing his skillset, outstanding customer service and friendly demeanor, Steven is a go to agent within the community.

We found ourselves attracted to REAL as they have that little bit ‘extra’ that we began to enjoy and appreciate while making the important decision to buy. We’d like to pass on our gratitude for the assistance given by REAL.
