I had lived at the property in Landing Road, Kerikeri for fifteen years prior to purchasing it also from Real. During this time Pete had come and appraised it a number of times armed with a spinach and cream cheese muffin and good up to date advice.
When Real were given the listing to sell recently the whole team appeared and viewed the property. I was impressed that they actually looked around the inside and the outside of the property as the other agencies I had approached only considered looking at the inside.

Went back to Real after nearly 18 months of distress. They were sympathetic and obliging. Loved the one for all attitude where ALL the agents were working to sell your property. This is irreplaceable and the widest marketing your property can get. Terri kept us updated constantly but because of all agents working for us, it was Pete Gentil that sold our property.
