Terri is lovely, I had her recommended by a rental manager in Kerikeri. She always responded promptly when I text her (or if I phoned and she was on another call, she would call me back at the first opportunity). She never put pressure on me with any decisions I had to make and appeared to be transparent in all areas of my listing with Real. Terri managed to reduce the stress for me, selling a house is very stressful! Andrea was an absolute delight to work with. She went out of her way to show my family and I multiple properties until we fell in love with the home we eventually settled on. She went over and above with the number of private viewings she organised for us, we have never received this type of service from a real estate agent which says a lot about her work ethic.
