Terri and I have never met in person. I selected her as a potential agent for my rental property based solely on an online review. Because I live three and a half hours away, almost everything had to be organised remotely. What I didn’t realise during our first conversation was just how helpful, positive, and proactive she would be. We connected immediately. Whenever I needed tradespeople for small touch‑up jobs or a company to stage the property, she stepped in to assist — even though those tasks weren’t strictly part of her role. Terri was consistently great to deal with: she took the time to ensure I was comfortable with her recommendations, kept me informed at the right level, and respected my request not to be involved in every minor detail.
