She also made sure we had a home to live in when we were caught between two settlement dates. This was my wife’s first home purchase and my fifth, and it was a great experience for us.

Pete is some kind of wizard, he found the buyer first and then listed the house afterwards to make sure the buyer stayed interested ? Seriously though we couldn’t have wished for a more professional outcome, from start to finish, he came to see us 12 months before we were ready to make the jump and gave us some great advice and an appraisal and here we are 12 months later looking at moving into our next home after a process of 10 weeks. Pete is an absolute Gentleman and his communication skills and guidance kept us informed all the way to the finish line !

So no one is actually perfect, but as to Terri and the job she did selling our home, she came close.
