We travelled up to Kerikeri from Hamilton to view a number of properties, and Terri was very warm and welcoming, assisting us with showing us around with kids in tow, and answering all of our questions! We had a bit of a rollercoaster with the purchasing experience and she was a very calming and pragmatic presence during this time.
