This was our first time selling, so we didn't really know what to expect, but Terri kept us informed the whole way through. She was very responsive and we never had to chase her for an answer. She followed up after every single viewing and every open home to let us know how it had gone and what the feedback was. Communication was key in the sale of my in-laws property. Elderly father in-law was having health and memory issues and I stepped in to help him through the process of moving into a retirement village with the community support he needed. Communication was key to keeping things moving. Grant was always very clear about when open homes would be. We reviewed the asking price regularly to try to prompt a sale and meet a falling market. Sometimes we didn’t get a call back after an open home - just to update up on if anyone had been through etc. and we were keen to know. We settled on a section and he provided all information when we asked, even went to site to locate the services for us. Negotiated a great deal with the owner where both the owner and us were happy.
